About us!

Lone Star Sim Racing was actually born in January of 2004. At that time we where LSM or Lonestar Motorsports. Our goal was to get a group of people together through a variety of leagues and establish the ultimate on-line race team. What we ended up doing was creating a group of individuals that race very CLEAN and with the utmost respect for each other and themselves. Through the years we have continued to challenge each other to be better people and better racers. We do not keep secrets about our racing. Our philosophy is that the better everyone is the BETTER the racing will be! With that in mind we decided it was time to move on to what was inevitable. The creation of LoneStar Sim Racing League (LSR).

What you will find here at LSSR!

First and for most friendship and FUN! You will find some of the cleanest drivers of the net today! We may not be the fastest group you ever meet but you will NOT be put into the wall every race either. You will find that every driver here will help you in anyway that they can to ensure you have FUN, finish the race and become a better SIM racer. Don't be fooled though! This is racing and every driver here has a burning desire to WIN! That is the goal after all isn't it? The way we go about it though is much different from other leagues. Lastly, every drivers voice is heard! There are many ways to run a league. We just believe that laying the ground rules out early allows everyone to be on the same page. We would rather have a field of 12 good/clean drivers than a field of 22 causing chaos. With that there is one over riding fact here at LSR. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE RULES! (period)

League fees.

Yes, we are a pay to play league. This serves to help off set the server cost. It also helps ensure that we get serious drivers and not wreckers. People are more likely to take care of something when they are paying for it. League fees are $25 a year. This allows you to participate in any an all divisions in LSR. We do not have an "Elite" seires that you must work you way up to. We also DO NOT profit in any way from this league. This is purely for FUN and serves no other purpose! Bottom line is simple!
